Grow your small business with this spectacular event. Larchmere is yet again hosting an enormous street festival! We are excited to be part of this epic summer event that brings upwards of 10,000 (last year it far exceeded this estimate) people to rejoice in the bands. Like past events, Larchmere residents and businesses will host local bands in their yards or porches!

We have limited space to accommodate small business vendors in the parking lot of The HIIT Factor. If you're interested please register your business using our google form. We apologize in advance, but due to limited space we will contact vendors who have been selected for participation.

How much is the outdoor vendor space?

$175 Early bird pricing through May 31

$200 June 1 through June 15th

How large is the outdoor space?

Each space is 10x10. A limited number of double spaces are available for purchase. If interested, please include in your vendor request form.

STRICT ADHERENCE TO SPACE REQUIREMENTS

What do I need to bring?

Each vendor must provide their own tables, tents (optional), power cords and other items needed to successfully execute their vending. Space assignments will be made by the business management.

What time is set-up?

A vendor checklist and summary will be provided no later than June 17th. It will include everything you need to know including set-up/breakdown details, timing and other pertinent information. We want to make sure you have the best experience and maximize your earning potential.

Is there vendor space available indoors?

There are a few options for vending inside the studio. Please express interest in learning about these options in your vendor request form.

Are there restrictions on types of vending?

Vending of products or services prohibited by law is not permissible. All vendors must complete a vendor request form and receive approval from the business owner before their space is secured.

What is the vendor selection process?

The vendor selection process is a formality to ensure vendors are selected in alignment with the festival and community theme. Through this process we will also ensure there is diversity in product and service offerings.

When will I be notified of my selection?

Early Bird (submit request by 5/31): June 4,2022

Regular (submit request by 6/15): June 18, 2022

*Early bird payments due by 6/04; all others due by 6/18
