Service Description

Barre uses repetitive, smaller movements designed to achieve the long, lean lines often found in dancers. Some upper body work is also included. You'll enjoy our version of Barre as we use different modalities in a low impact format to help you build strength, tighten your core and lift your glutes. Oh and we will have a great time doing so! This slow movement class will kick your muscles in gear allowing them to help burn maximum fat. CHALLENGERS: Take this as a core weekly class.

Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel/withdraw from a class up to 2 hour prior to scheduled start time. Scheduled service appointments must be canceled 2 hours prior to start of service. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled 2 hours in advance will not be refunded. Classes must be canceled within 2 hours of the start time. Class no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees.
